Andy Neely

Professor-Andy-Neely-Director-Cambridge-Service-AllianceProf. Andy Neely holds posts at Cambridge University and Cranfield School of Management, and is the Founding Director of theCambridge Service Alliance external linkand the Royal Academy of Engineering Professor of Complex Services. He is widely recognized for his work on the servitization of manufacturing as well as organizational performance measurement and management.  He has authored over 100 books and articles.  He was Deputy Director of AIM Research – the UK’s management research initiative – from 2003 until 2012 and was elected a Fellow of the Sunningdale Institute in 2005, a Fellow of the British Academy of Management in 2007, an Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences in 2008 and a Fellow of the European Operations Management Association in 2009.  He holds degrees from University of Nottingham (BEng, PhD) and University of Cambridge (MA).
