Position Statement

As an academic service innovation professional, I will focus on Education and Innovation as principal ingredients to build and sustain ISSIP membership growth, and the development of T-shaped adaptive innovators in the age of Artificial Intelligence and “digital workers.”  I will reinforce ISSIP mission to promote service innovation for our interconnected world, and co-create value sharing knowledge on service innovation, as well as helping to develop and distribute the value co-created for the benefit of the whole service community.

To this end, I will lead ISSIP to achieve the following goals:

  • Helping ISSIP grow and promoting ISSIP globally for example getting more ISSIP recognition at several International Conferences such as: the 2019 Naples Forum on Service and AHFE HSSE Conference;
  • Incentivize the activation of new membership processes among Universities and Industries by supporting the implementation of business ideas into real world projects.
  • Expanding publications agreements with Universities and Professionals to grow the ISSIP Business Expert Press series of books where ISSIP members can share their creativity.
  • Getting a European/Italian sponsor for ISSIP to address global research projects.
  • Recruiting more students and young volunteers that can help enhance member engagement.

I am confident that ISSIP members, that already know me and are aware of my energy and enthusiasm, will support my nomination for the benefit of ISSIP growth and helping in the achievement of these goals. Thank you for your kind consideration.
