While in the last couple of decades, the advent of communication technologies, collaboration platforms, AI, and digital reality technologies have been driving a trend toward more remote and distributed work and learning, the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in an almost overnight shift for millions of people around the globe to switch from mainly physical presence at an office or school to 100% online. In this Discovery Summit, industry experts, leading learning and development, and academic thought leaders explore opportunities, challenges, and long term implications that are surfacing as a result of this sudden shift for work and learning.
