It is my pleasure to announce that Dr. Christoph Breidbach(PhD, Auckland), has accepted the position of ISSIP Newsletter Editor, effective immediately. Currently, Christoph is a Postdoctoral Scientist at the University of California, Merced. He previously worked for the Centre of Digital Enterprise [CODE] at The University of Auckland Business School, and was a Visiting Scholar at the Indian School of Business. His research interests include ICT-driven service innovation, the SD-logic, and digital business models. Dr. Breidbach’s research has been published in the Journal of Service Research, amongst other outlets.
