Congratulations to Dr. Ammar Rayes, who was recently inducted into the Worldwide Who’s Who for Excellence in Machine-to-Machine Technology.  More information on Ammar’s achievement can be found here.

(4) Please welcome Mike Wan to the ISSIP Service Design Team

Mike Wang  was introduced to ISSIP through Dr. Lou Freud, his program advisor and professor at San Jose State University. Since joining the Service Design Team, Mike already made a substantial contribution to our community, by providing his design expertise for the re-launch of our website and monthly newsletter.

Mike is enthusiastic about his work and already looks forward to his ongoing engagement with ISSIP: “it’s been really great working with everyone and helping out in any way I can. Hopefully there is a lot more that I can help out with in the future.”

As a design professional with experience ranging from logo design to creating interfaces for mobile applications, Mike’s passion about usability, user interfaces and user experience motivated him to pursue his M.S. in Human Factors and Ergonomics at San Jose State University. You can find out more about his recent work here.
