The newly formed ISSIP User Experience Special Interest Group (UE-SIG) is focused on the application and research of user-centered design principles to Services Science and Service Innovation and the sharing and dissemination of this work within our discipline.  The UE-SIG is composed of global members from industry (large and small) and academia and we are seeking additional members to join our diverse band and support our efforts.  Formal prior services expertise or experience is not required as our focus is the application of the skills and knowledge you use every day to the growing services science and service innovation field.  The group has adopted the use of the latest collaboration tools to share information, facilitate member discussion, and collaborate on work.
