Please welcome new talented ISSIP volunteers!

Please welcome Claire Balgemann as ISSIP’s new Web UI/UX Designer, and Saule Simonaityte as the new Chair of the Content Planning Committee.

Claire Balgemann is a graduate student in the human factors and ergonomics program at San Jose State University. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in psychology and English literature, and a master’s degree in digital media from the University of Central Florida. Claire has a wide variety of professional interests; most recently research in the areas of user experience, user interfaces, and emotional design. In addition to ISSIP, she is involved in the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, Society of Women Engineers, and the User Experience Association at SJSU.  As the ISSIP Web UI/UX Designer, Claire will work with the ISSIP Digital Service Design team and the Content Planning Committee to improve the user experience on the ISSIP website.

Saule Simonaityte  is  Co-Founder, and Business Development Manager at  Almatec Solutions. She is also a Digital Marketing Strategist and Service Thinking enthusiast. In 2013 she graduated from Hult International Business School (MBA program) where she was a member of the winning team at Hult Innovation Olympics, Digital Marketing Strategist Intern at IBM, and a Guest Editor for IBM Students for a Smarter Planet. Saule has Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management from Vilnius University (Lithuania). She fluently speaks four languages, paints, plays piano and classical guitar. As the Chair of the Content Planning Committee, Saule will work with the ISSIP Community to plan a solid flow of quality service innovation related content to the ISSIP website.”
