Spring Servitization Conference and Doctoral Symposium 2024

The Spring Servitization Conference (SSC2024) is dedicated to understanding how organisations develop and adapt their business models through servitization and advanced services. The theme will be Digital Service Innovation: Redefining Provider-Customer Interactions. SSC2024 will comprise the Servitization Doctoral Symposium (Sun 12th May) and the main Spring Servitization Conference (Mon 13th and Tues 14th May).

Event Categories

Conferences – ISSIP promotes  conferences focused on exploring issues, challenges and recognizing achievements in service innovation and service science. ISSIP ambassadors (a volunteer leadership role) coordinate aspects from leading sessions or tracks, to reviewing  paper submissions and awarding recognitions and digital credentials related to contribution to service excellence or innovation.

Discovery Summit – the main event hosted by ISSIP, online since 2020, ISSIP discovery summits are recognized for the high powered blend of industry, academic and government leaders sharing innovative ideas on hot topics. Typically 3- 4 hours with moderated panels and dynamic participant interaction.

Weekly Speaker Series – timed to enable worldwide participation in multiple time zones, featuring ISSIP Excellence in Service Innovation award winners for their organization and team’s impact to business, impact to society or impact on innovation itself, book authors publishing through ISSIP’s Business Expert Press partnership or other invited guest.  Typically a half hour, led by the award winner or distinguished recognition recipient.

ISSIP Ambassador Panel Series – new in 2023, a monthly event led by ISSIP Ambassadors, with an invited moderator and panel on a hot topic of the ISSIP Ambassador choosing (durations 30 minutes to one hour).  Click here for content calendar, or to express interest in participating.   

ISSIP Governance – Semi-Annual ISSIP Leadership Progress Calls with the Board of Directors.  All active ISSIP members, individual and institutional, are welcome to participate.  A single hour long, online, and conducted at noon US Pacific twice a year, the last Wednesday in January and July.
