Wendy Murphy

wendi4_4Wendy Murphy, MBA, IBM Executive Professional Project Manager, PMI Certified Project Manager, is currently assigned to IBM’s Corporate Headquarters as Executive Program Manager for Global University Programs. During her 28 year tenure at IBM Wendy has been responsible for service delivery, technical support, and business development in both technical and managerial positions. Recently, she worked in IBM’s Research division, helping to develop Service Science as a new educational discipline. She has led organizational change management, organizational development and leadership development programs inside IBM.

From her first days at IBM she has spent a considerable amount of her “spare” time inside IBM teaching these topics to other IBMers: leadership, mentoring, business case development, management, managing motivation, communications, and technical topics. Wendy is a self-taught web designer and maintains several sites for IBM and for non-profit groups.
